Breast Augmentation with Lift

This is a 34-year-old female who after having four children and breast feeding two was left unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. A circumareolar mastopexy was done to lift the areolar back in to position as well as decrease them in size. The patient chose saline implants that were placed under the muscle and filled to 350 cc. This gave her a more symmetrical size and shape.
